1) Sales in general
All items marketed by Clubstore on the www.clubstore.ch website are sold under the General Terms and Conditions of Sale described below, unless specifically agreed by the Seller to the customer.
Regardless of the mode of transmission of the orders sent to us; mail, telephone, email, online sales on the site, these orders remain subject to our acceptance.
3) Cancellation of orders.
Any order can be canceled as long as the shipping confirmation has not been notified by email to the customer. No order in progress can be canceled. The customer has the possibility to ensure the availability of the products ordered and possibly the time required for his order to be sent by email or telephone.
The products marketed by the Clubstore, mostly imported, are subject to price fluctuations during the year. Our items are always billed at the current rate at the time of delivery. In the case of a price change between the time of the order and the time of delivery, the customer is notified by the seller and therefore has the option of canceling his order.
5) Deliveries - Shipping - Returns
Our goods travel at the risk and peril of the recipient and the responsibility of the sender in the event of damage cannot be engaged.
If the packaging is open or degraded, it is up to the customer to make the reservations which must be specified on the carrier's delivery slip with the words "found in front of the delivery person, subject to unpacking control" and confirmed by registered letter.
The goods received can be taken back and exchanged, in the case where a possible error of the sender is indicated within 3 days after the date of reception, (the postmarks or acknowledgments of receipt given to the carrier being taken as proof).
In this case only, the return costs are reimbursed by the Clubstore. If the items ordered and actually received are not suitable for the customer for any reason invoked (sizes, color or other), they can be refunded or exchanged to the extent that the customer informs the Seller within a maximum period of 3 days after reception. The return can only be made with the prior agreement of the Clubstore and in this case, the initial shipping costs, the costs of reshipping the returned products as well as the shipping costs of the products delivered in exchange remain entirely customer charge.
Whatever the reason for the return, the customer is required to return the products in their original packaging without affixing adhesive or any marking on these same packaging. Otherwise, the refund will not be made.
Any litigation for which our customers would not have respected these conditions cannot engage the responsibility of the Clubstore.
6) Delivery Times
Delivery times are given as an indication, without any formal commitment on our part.
Any delays cannot justify any claim for compensation.
7) After-sales service
The CSC will examine any request relating to an after-sales service request, but reserves the right to assess whether the breakage is caused by a manufacturing defect or not. It is therefore up to the customer to provide the proof of purchase with the date to the Clubstore, to describe the circumstances of the incident, the photos of the damaged product by email or postal mail and possibly to return the product to the headquarters of the Clubstore with prior agreement. The return costs to the Clubstore headquarters and possibly the reshipment of the broken product will remain exclusively the responsibility of the customer if no manufacturing defect is recognized by the Clubstore.
The goods are payable in cash at the time of the order by credit card using the secure online PayPal system.
